IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS POLICY, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK YOUR SHIFT. PLEASE CALL WELL IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SHIFT FOR CLARIFICATION IF NEEDED.

ATTIRE
You provide:
PANTS
- COLOR: Light or medium khaki. Not dark khaki nor brown.
- STYLE OR CUT: casual slacks or business casual pants made of cotton or a cotton blend. Straight leg pants should not be tight anywhere on the body nor excessively baggy; no skinny pants or pants that taper at the ankles. Classic fit with belt loops with no more than 2 pockets in the front and no more than 2 pockets in the back – no more and no less.
- Pants must be clean and free of excessive wrinkles. There should be no stains, tears, rips, patches nor holes.
- Pants must reach at least to the tops of your sneakers and must not drag on the ground. Pants should not be rolled up nor cuffed.
- These types are not acceptable: denim, jeans style/ cut, cargo pants, capri pants, tights, stretch pants, skorts, leggings, jeggings, yoga pants, corduroy pants, nor track pants.

SNEAKERS / SOCKS
- Clean, lace-up, low-top sneakers or athletic shoes that are primarily white with no patterns nor designs. No slip ons, high tops, crocs, nor barefoot shoes. Minimal logos or trim can have color but a majority of the shoe should be white.
- All-white socks with pants.
- Socks with shorts: when shorts are approved for the shift, only all-white, ankle socks or no-show socks.

BELT
- A plain black or brown belt that is at least 1 inch wide.
- It should be free of any adornments and have a plain buckle.
We provide:
SHIRT
- A short-sleeved, polo-style shirt will be provided. It must be properly tucked in (not folded under). All buttons except the top button should be buttoned.
- If you wear an undershirt, it should be white BUT it should not be visible at all or in any way. Any undershirt should not be visible sticking out from under the sleeves or through the v-neck of the polo provided to you.
CAP
- The provided cap must be worn straight forward at a 90 degree angle from the forehead and not turned to the side or backwards.
- No bangs or hair should be visible sticking out from under the front of the cap. If hair is long enough it should be pulled back into a ponytail.
GENERAL APPEARANCE & GROOMING
- Sunglasses / Tinted Eyewear –
Sunglasses (non-prescription tinted eyewear) are not permitted while on duty.
Prescription eyeglasses are permitted. Lenses that become tinted in sunlight are permitted only if they are prescription lenses and do not significantly obscure eye visibility during consumer interaction.
If tinted eyewear is required for a medical reason, the employee must submit a request to the Agency in advance in accordance with the accommodation request procedure. The Agency may request reasonable documentation confirming the need. Employees are not required to disclose a diagnosis. Management retains discretion to determine compliance with these standards. - Tattoos – Tattoos that are visible while wearing the required branded apparel and complying with the Dress Code and Appearance Policy are not permitted while on duty.
- Concealment may not involve visible additional garments, gloves, bandages, makeup, or other coverings that alter or are inconsistent with the established dress standards unless specifically approved in advance by management.
- In limited circumstances, management may approve a solid, form-fitting arm sleeve in a neutral tone that closely matches the employee’s natural skin tone and remains consistent with the overall brand presentation. Approved sleeves must be unbranded and free of any logos, patterns, or visible markings.
- Requests for exceptions based on religious or medical reasons will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
- Management retains sole discretion in determining compliance with these standards.
- Facial Hair – No visible facial hair whatsoever. This refers to beards, mustaches, goatees, stubble, or any and all facial hair of this nature.
- Hair
- Long hair must be worn pulled back in a low ponytail positioned at the back of the head and all bangs and hair tucked into/under cap. For pony tails only neutral-colored elastic band ponytail holders are permitted – no scrunchies, bows, clips, spiral hair bands, loop or snappee hair ties, scarves, no bandanas . Pigtails are not permitted.
- Hair should be natural colors (no unnatural red, green, blue, yellow, purple, orange, pink, etc). Hair styles should be not prevent the cap from being worn properly.
- Make-up and Jewelry – Daytime make-up and minimal jewelry.
- Piercings – No visible piercings except one pair of earrings in ear lobes. No dangling earrings
- Accessories – Items may not be worn externally on the body while on duty unless specifically permitted under this policy. This includes, but is not limited to: phones or phone clips, key chains, wallet chains, key rings, water bottles worn on the body, bags, purses, fanny packs, cross-body bags, phone holders, or other personal storage items.
- Campaign-branded bags may be carried only if expressly approved by the Agency or Team Lead.
- Management retains sole discretion in determining whether an item complies with these standards.
- Limited Exception – Essential Hygiene or Medical Items
- If carrying essential hygiene or medical items would require wearing an item externally that is not otherwise permitted under this policy, a minimal waist case may be approved in advance, subject to the following requirements:
- The item must be a minimal waist case only.
- It must be solid black or khaki.
- It must not exceed approximately 7 inches in width and 5 inches in height.
- It must have no logos, branding, patterns, metallic finishes, or decorative elements.
- It must lay flat against the waist and contain no multiple external compartments.
- It may contain only essential hygiene or medical items (e.g., feminine hygiene products, prescribed medication, insulin supplies, EpiPen).
- It may not be used for general storage (including phones, wallets, keys, snacks, chargers, cosmetics, etc.).
- If carrying essential hygiene or medical items would require wearing an item externally that is not otherwise permitted under this policy, a minimal waist case may be approved in advance, subject to the following requirements:
- Advance approval from the Agency is required before wearing any externally worn waist case, even if it meets the above specifications.
- Employees are not required to disclose medical diagnoses; however, requests must be submitted in accordance with the policy’s request procedure.
- Management retains sole discretion in determining compliance.
- Limited Exception – Essential Hygiene or Medical Items
SEASONAL GUIDELINES
SUMMER SHORTS POLICY
When the temperature reaches 80 degrees or higher, teams are required to wear shorts HOWEVER please be sure to follow ALL of these guidelines:
- On any shift, the entire team must match. Either everyone on a team wears shorts or everyone wears pants. There cannot be a mix of pants and shorts. Uniformity within the team is required. If multiple teams work together, they must all match.
- Shorts must be plain, knee-length and similar in khaki color to the pants guidelines. No cargo shorts, capris or shorts with any print, graphics, grommets, studs or any other embellishments. Shorts should not be tight fitting.
- If any media/ press is confirmed to attend an event, shorts are not allowed during filming – pants only. If media/ press appears unexpectedly on a “shorts day”, Team Leads should request media to shoot their pictures from the waste up. We cannot control them but we can ask.
- If you are going to have an alternate cover for you on a shift, it is up to you to relay the shorts information if the day is scheduled for shorts.
- Shorts must be clean and free of excessive wrinkles.
- Always bring your pants as a back-up on shorts days.

WINTER ATTIRE POLICY
FLEECE / JACKET – If a fleece or jacket is provided for use during winter months, there must be consistency within a team so that either everyone wears fleece/ jacket or nobody does. Also, jackets must always be worn zipped up to the top. If the sleeves are too long, you can fold them but not roll them up.
